PROJECT/ TRAINING PROPOSAL
I. TITLE OF THE TRAINING:
One-day School-Based Leadership Training and Workshop for the newly
elected SSG Officers, Yes-O Club, BSP, Classroom President and Vice
President on November 9, 2016 at Sta. Rosa Integrated School.
II. BACKGROUND RATIONALE
It is significant to orient and equip all SSG officers, club officers and class
presidents and vice presidents about love of God and country, moral
character, personal discipline, leadership and efficiency among its members.
It also seeks to train members for effective and help students develop selfconfidence. It also promotes unity among leaders and the students. More
importantly, it intends to help the school in maintaining its aspirations to
promote quality education and academic excellence
III. TRAINING OBJECTIVES:
a. To improve students’ leadership, skills and abilities.
b. To gain information on the fundamentals of leadership and student
organization and management that will enable them to work more
efficiently in school and community.
c. To be aware and be guided by the Mandated Thrusts, Programs, and
Activities of the SSG.

VI. SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES
A. PLANNING
Teachers’ meeting was conducted last September 8,2016 to finalize activities for
the Leadership Training of the different school organization to strengthen the leadership
skills, unity and teamwork among the student- leaders.
B. IMPLEMENTATION
The One-Day Leadership Training and Workshop will be conducted on November
9, 2016 at Sta. Rosa Integrated School – High School Department at 7:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
C. Evaluation
Accomplishment reports will be prepared and Participants will be given an
evaluation form to be accomplished after the seminar for comments and suggestions.
Further evaluations for the participants will be given as a form of assessment.
