Team process and evaluation to be completed and submitted with presentation and will
be graded for completion.
Teamwork is an essential part of the nursing profession. Too often nurses realize they
cannot provide quality care, managing patient assignment, decision making and
continuous learning without the support of their nursing colleagues and nurse leaders.
The assignments are created to help develop teamworking skills but also reflect on the
individual skills you need to improve to become a valued and effective team member.
Groups will be assigned by blackboard at the beginning of the semester. You will start
your group by completing and submitting a team charter on week one of classes. The
instructions for creating a team charter will be posted on blackboard as part of your
week one preparation.
Complete and submit the following form below before class and submit with your
presentation and discussion paper assignment. You will share your feedback with your
group members as part of your closing of your group presentation and final meeting.
