I already resolve the MS Outlook problem, First I conduct some troubleshoot in the
software and last, I restart the application. Now it is working fine, May I know if you have any concern. and if don't
have any concern or problem I will close the ticket for this problem. Thank you!

I think I am qualified for this role because I have experience responding to IT service requests to
resolve technical issues. Experience also on downloading, installing and updating software.
Assisting others in the proper and efficient use of computers and software.
