1. About my own health choices and involvement in physical activity in this pandemic time. I discovered that
being chubby is hard because most of the time my body just getting tired fast.
2. With the new discoveries about myself in facing the Covid19 pandemic. I learned that I don’t need to be fit
because chubby is healthier.
3. To keep myself and my family members fit and healthy in this pandemic time of Covid19. I will teach them
how to get healthy and teach them what is the benefits of the vegetables and healthy food

Learning Task 2: SELF CHECK
1. You are chosen by the Municipal Government to organize an event like “Run for A Cause”, a 5 km. Fun Run to
be attended by all government employees and students of the locality. How are you going to plan the activities?

- First of all I will tell to our governments to give me an allowance to buy water or things needed for our fun
run. Second I will set the time and place where to run 5km. Third I will lead the run when it comes the time
I set. Fourth winners will have a prize and the others will only have a souvenir.
2. As you go to your Rural Health Unit, you learned that many of your townmates are suffering from cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Being a student of P.E. class, how can you help them in addressing their health
problems?
- I will tell to authorities or Governments that all of this suffering needs an action to avoid or prevent from
cardiovascular disease and diabetes. I will tell to people that drinking water and being healthy is some of
the benefits that we need to avoid these diseases.

1. I discovered that organizing an event is hard yet fun.
2. I discovered that in planning an event is hard but when we organized it well I feel relaxed.
3. I can say that if an event or activity is well organized the event will happen well.
4. I learned that initiating an activity will help me to organized or make a plan well when making an event in
the future.
5. Being the leader or organizer, my responsibility is to make happen the entire plan and make the people
happy or impressed.
