A JOINT RESOLUTION OF HAMBABAURAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PTA
OFFICIALS AND SCHOOL STAFF ASKING FUNDS FOR WALL FAN IN EVERY
CLASSROOM OF HAMBABAURAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, IN BRGY.
HAMBABAURAN, UBAY BOHOL.
WHEREAS, Hambabauran Elementary School teaching staff recognizes
education as a fundamental right necessary for the growth of an individual learner and
the development of society;
WHEREAS, We the school staff strive to enhance the learning environment for
both the learners and teachers but funds are not sufficient due to what we had
experienced during typhoon Odette where we prioritize our School MOOE to spend for
the classroom repairs.
WHEREAS, during warm hours/days the lack of ventilation can lead to
discomfort and decreased concentration among the learners and teachers. Mam
Charlot R. Aton proposes the installation of wall fans in every classroom thinking this
would not only address the issue but also contribute to a more conducive and pleasant
atmosphere for learning;
WHEREAS, the benefits of installing wall fans include improved air circulation
and a reduction in the overall reliance on air conditioning, thereby promoting energy
efficiency;
WHEREAS, we the Teaching Staff of Hambabauran Elementary School will
kindly request stakeholders and consider to allocate budgetary resources for the
purchase and installation of two (2) wall fans in every classrooms. This investment
would undoubtedly contribute to the well being and academic success of our learners.
WHEREFORE, on motion of Roldan Jugarap, the PTA President, and duly seconded
by Charlot R. Aton, a Kindergarten Teacher, be it
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to ask/request funds from
stakeholders like the Barangay Local Government Unit and the like to allocate and
install two (2) wall fans in every classroom.
UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED this 24th day of November 2023.

We hereby certify the correctness of the above Resolution which was adopted
by the Hambabauran Elementary School Teaching Staff meeting, held on the 23th day
of November, 2023, at the Hambabauran Elementary School Office.
We hereby certify the correctness of the above Resolution which was adopted
by the Hambabauran Elementary School PTA & BOD officials together with the
Teaching staff of the mentioned school of Hambabauran, Ubay, Bohol, on its 2nd
Regular Meeting, held on the 24th day of November, 2023, at Hambabauran
