Grinding wheel: a worker was sharpening a chisel but it got suck and the wheel exploded
causing severe face and eye injuries this is cause there was no guard on the grinding wheel and
the tool rest was set too far this is a physical hazard

fumes gases like acetylene propane and flammable materials like gasoline
● Ergonomic hazards are the effects of the workplace or job design such as poor posture
constant lifting poor lighting repeating the same movements over and over

12. The most likely hazard that I might face at my co-op is being burnt by oil in the
workplace near the oil station and it isn't hard to bump into someone if they arent looking
as such it creates a very high chance risk of someone getting hurt or burnt an example
could be if someone is making a medium fry and someone dumps fresh fried a splash of
oil from them dumping the fries could hit the person and cause slight burns on their arm.
