Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu.
Respected teachers, parents and my dear friends
Bismillah, Alhamdulullillah assalathu wassalamu ala rasoolillah , wa ala alihi wasahbihi ajmaee
I stand here today to discuss a topic that is not just a matter of political concern, but a
cause that resonates deeply with the principles of justice, humanity, and the values we
hold dear in Islam. Today, we gather to affirm our unwavering belief that, Insha'Allah
(God willing), Palestine will prevail, and the day of justice will dawn upon its people.
Our hearts ache as we witness the ongoing struggles faced by our brothers and sisters
in Palestine. The land that holds historical and spiritual significance for Muslims
worldwide is marred by injustice, oppression, and the denial of basic human rights. Yet,
in the face of adversity, the people of Palestine stand resilient, demonstrating
unwavering faith, strength, and an unyielding spirit.
As believers, we draw strength from our faith and the teachings of the Quran. Allah
(SWT) says in the Quran, "So be not weak and ask not for peace from the position of
weakness, and Allah is with you, and He will never diminish the reward of your deeds"
(Quran 47:35). This verse reminds us that, despite the challenges, victory comes to
those who remain steadfast in their pursuit of justice and righteousness.
The struggle of the Palestinian people is not merely a political conflict; it is a test of our
collective conscience as an ummah (community). We are called upon to speak out
against oppression, to stand with the oppressed, and to work towards a world where
justice prevails. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Help your brother,
whether he is an oppressor or he is oppressed. People asked, 'O Allah's Messenger! It
is all right to help him if he is oppressed, but how should we help him if he is an
oppressor?' The Prophet said, 'By preventing him from oppressing others.'"
We must not forget that our struggle is not against any particular faith or people; it is a
struggle against injustice, oppression, and the violation of human dignity. Our conviction
in the ultimate triumph of justice and righteousness should fuel our efforts to bring about
positive change.
We believe in the promise of Allah (SWT) and the prophetic wisdom that justice will
prevail, and the day of liberation for Palestine will come. It is our responsibility as
individuals and as an ummah to work towards that day through peaceful means,
advocacy, and by fostering understanding among people of different backgrounds.
Let us unite in prayer, supplicating to Allah (SWT) for the alleviation of the suffering of
the Palestinian people, for the restoration of their rights, and for the establishment of a
just and lasting peace. May our collective efforts be guided by the principles of justice,
mercy, and compassion, and may we witness the day when Palestine is free, and its
people live in peace.
In conclusion, let us remember the words of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon
him): "The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer,
while there is good in both."
May Allah (SWT) grant strength to the believers in Palestine and around the world, and
may the day of justice and liberation come swiftly. Ameen.
Jazakum Allahu Khairan.
