ACTIVITY PROPOSAL

Project Title:
LAC Session: Use of Zip Grade in Checking
and Grading of Examination Answer Sheets with Ease
II.
Rationale:
Teachers in Taligaman National High School are professionals who are dedicated
and committed in rendering their service in their chosen field. As teachers, they are
expected to have numerous tasks aside from the usual class sessions they have.
One of the heaps of tasks the teachers must do is the checking of answer sheets
in every summative and quarterly assessment. It is a teacher`s job to personally check
each paper quickly yet accurately. Considering the tasks that the teachers have in their
hands, it would be advantageous if they are provided with help as to the manner of
checking and grading the answer sheets with ease.
To address this matter, the Zip Grade will be introduced to the teachers. The Zip
Grade is a mobile application, which allows teachers to check and grade multiple
choice papers completed by their students in just a few minutes.

The objectives of this activity are to:
introduce the Zip Grade to the teachers;
explain how Zip Grade helps teachers in checking and grading answer sheets with
ease;
demonstrate how Zip Grade works; and
lessen the teacher`s burden in checking examination answer sheets.
