Banana Cake and Chocolate
ingredients:
For the cake:
150 g flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
250 g very ripe bananas (or 2 medium bananas)
100g butter, softened
100 g caster sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
5 cups milk
50 g of chocolate chips
For the chocolate sauce:
1 vanilla pod
25 cl of liquid cream
1 tablespoon honey
100 g dark chocolate pastry
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl.
Peel the bananas and mash with a fork on a plate.
In another bowl, mix the soft or melted butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and then add the
bananas, eggs and milk. Continue mixing until the mixture is frothy.

Vanilla muffins
