Objectives with narrative evaluation at the end of the week
Daily oral endorsement sheet with a grade from the head nurse or staff nurse
Readings  Trends in Leadership and Management (at least 1)
Daily list of activities related to duties and responsibilities of the head nurse
Interview with the head nurse in the unit with regards to the problems in management encountered and
the proposed measures for correction and improvement
