This exercise is designed to help you target your ideal client/prospect, ICA -Ideal Client Avatar.
You need a very clear picture of who they are so you can create content and scripts that will
appeal to your ICA so they will be attracted to your content and message.
Take your time and be as detailed as possible.
Think about your best client and your favorite client. If it is an individual, you could even call
them and ask them these questions. If it is a mixture of multiple, try to mold them into 1 person.
If you have a picture of your ICA, look at it while you’re going through this exercise.

Look at Life Through Their Eyes
How do they feel when they are purchasing your product or service?
What is their self-talk during this?
What specific words or phrases would they use to describe the experience?
How would they describe the experience in a story when telling others?
...again, as your ICA
What do you dread might be true about your life, either as it identifies
with the products you’re going to purchase or to your overall, at this
very moment?
What stresses you out and keeps you up at night?
What stressors or triggers do you avoid?

What needs to change in your life for you to gain more control, power, and/or impact?
If money was not an issue, what brand or sort of stuff would you buy to take care of this
issue?

stuff you’re going to purchase OR in your life when all is said and done?
