Facilitate pre-plotted coaching based on previous day evaluations
SBS observation and fly-by coaching
Act as floor support when not on coaching/coaching prep/SBS
Facilitate/participate in pull ups and huddles each day based on Nesting agenda
During the period of your temporary assignment, your compensation will not change. All other terms and
conditions of your employment and other details of your compensation shall remain unchanged. The
Nesting Coach assignment is designed to allow individuals to showcase capabilities assisting with the
onboarding of new associates by demonstrating communication, mentoring and coaching skills, all of which
are critical when considering candidates for entry level Team Leader, Trainer, Quality, etc. roles.
