Gallstones is abnormal – stone which formed from undissolved
cholesterol ( in gallbladder ) , which causes a sudden severe Pain in
upper right side of the abdomen.
What are symptoms of gall stones ?






By increasing of cholesterol secretion
Rapid weight loss
Pregnancy in females
Spinal cord injury
Fasting
Reduced bile salt secretion.
What is the medication treatment of gallstone?
Dissolves the cholesterol that makes gall stones by using ursodeoxycholic
acid which stimulates secretion of bile decreasing the retention of toxic
bile.
How do we avoid gall stones ?
 By some of tips (self care)




Avoid junk food completely.
Eat nuts which contain unsaturated fats.
Cut down carbohydrates .
Drink at least 8- 10 glasses of water daily.
