After working in the corporate world for years, making over $200,000 a year,
we knew that I wanted something more. We started a side hustle that
quickly grew into a full-time business and have now generated over 8 figures
in online revenue. We have collectively launched over 100 products online
across our brand portfolio. Along the way, we have created multiple services
based companies producing over 7-figures while managing a team across
the world of over 50 people. .
But with success came new challenges. We learned firsthand the
importance of effective leadership, delegation, and time management.
Through it all, we have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in
entrepreneurship. We've learned the hard way what works and what doesn't,
and I'm passionate about sharing that knowledge with others.
As we grew our businesses and our income, we realised that working harder
was not the answer but working smarter was. Working smarter meant
dealing with the area’s in our life that allowed us to make marginal
differences in the way we performed, how we showed up, and even as little
as how we made decisions.

As an entrepreneur, it's easy to fall into the trap of sacrificing sleep and
recovery time to get ahead. But did you know that lack of sleep can impair

Stress Management:
Running a business is stressful, and entrepreneurs who work within their
businesses are particularly prone to burnout. The constant pressure to
succeed, coupled with long hours and little downtime, can take a toll on
your mental and physical well-being.

Sleep & Recovery:
1. Stick to a consistent sleep schedule: Going to bed and
waking up at the same time every day, even on
weekends, helps regulate your body's natural
sleep-wake cycle, promoting better sleep quality.
2. Create a sleep-friendly environment: Make your
bedroom a sanctuary for sleep by keeping it dark,
cool, and quiet. Reduce blue light exposure from
electronics and keep your bed for sleeping only, not
for work or leisure activities.
3. Have your last meal 3 hours before bed: Eating a full
meal too close to bedtime can disrupt your sleep
by forcing your body to produce energy to digest
food. Aim to eat your last meal at least 3 hours before
bedtime to avoid this issue.
4. Take a bath: Taking a warm bath before bed can
promote relaxation, and prepare your body for sleep.
The warm water also helps regulate body
temperature, increase blood circulation, and aid
muscle recovery, all of which contribute to better
sleep.
5. Wind down routine: Develop a relaxing pre-sleep
routine after your bath, such as reading a book,
journaling, meditating, or having a cup of tea. This
will help signal your brain and body that it's time to
wind down and pre pare for sleep.
Stress Management:
1. Practice mindfulness meditation: Mindfulness
meditation can help you develop awareness of your
thoughts and emotions, which can reduce stress. By
simply taking a few minutes a day to focus on your
breath and be present in the moment, you can im
prove your ability to manage stress and promote a
sense of calm.

better sleep - all of which contribute to better

brain-boosting nutrients.
