 Prior to the Dep. Ed Order No. 30, s. 2017, Fortunato F. Halili
National Agricultural School-Senior High School has
conducted an orientation with the parents and Grade 12
students, for them to
1. become familiar with the work place;
2. for the discussion of the requirements
 To appreciate the importance and application of theories the
students learned from the school.
 To know that the immersion will enhance the students
technical knowledge and skills.
 To understand that the work immersion will enrich the
students skills in communications and human relations.
 And to develop good worl habits, attitudes, appreciation and
respect for work.

Orienting the students and parents about the importance of
Work Immersion.
Discussion about the work immersion requirements and
other pertinent papers.
Discussion of the grading system.
Familiarization of the workplace and the safety precautions.
Parents and students were able to understand the
importance of the work immersion.
Parents also realized the importance of the different
requirements that the students must accomplish before the
start of the work immersion proper.
Parents and students were actively listening and participating
during the whole orientation.
Documentation/Pictures Parents and students were gathered for the orientation.
Discussion of the Policy and Guidelines of the Work Immersion
Discussion of the different requirements and other pertinent papers
that the students need to prepare
Discussion of the safety precautions that the students need to
observed during work immersion.
Discussion of the Grading System.
