Problem statement:
Designing a global supply chain
Consider yourself as an entrepreneur or your boss has given the challenging responsibility of establishing
a new business along with designing a supply chain with any of the listed new countries. How do you go
about that?

Problem description/ Outline:
Your work can be structured in the following direction. Below information should be open to your
creativity and analysis. You are free to think of your own points/structure/ analysis based on your reading.
(By selecting a single country to do business with, the student should consider a product export to OR
import from this country). The second country could be of your choice (except India).
1) Phase 1: Choose the market and product (for sourcing/supplying) for your country.
(Fix the one assigned market from the above list based on your group number and the other from your
choice).
