Dear Ms. Smith,
Hope Charity Foundation, a non-profit organization, that helps people in need is delighted to
have submitted this proposal waiting for your review. We would like to partner with you in order
to provide financial aid to those in need. .
In the year 2020, we were able to help 1,200 families in the Malabon community who were
affected by the supertyphoon Jolina. We were able to gather enough funds to build temporary
houses for them to live in, while they were still suffering from shock caused by the massive
destruction brought by the supertyphoon. We were also able to gather relief goods and spare
clothes to be distributed to them.
Unfortunately, we are running out of funds to help more people. However, our proposal, if
approved, would massively help us to be able to give aid to the struggling communities in
Delpan City. We would need at least 500,000 pesos to be able to keep our operations running.

benefit concert to be held and hosted by brgy Paraiso communities
charity fashion show to be held and hosted by communities in HIJ communities
