Please refer to your homeowners’ covenants before submitting your proposal to best meet the specifications of the
community for your proposal. Submit two (2) copies of all site layouts, drawings, and/or descriptions necessary to adequately
describe the improvement. Photographs, manufacturer’s brochures and specifications may also be required when applicable.
Although drawings and specifications are not required to be professionally prepared, they must be drawn reasonably to scale
and adequate enough to completely describe the proposed improvement. An application must accompany each proposed
improvement.

NOTE: AAC approval does not supplant city and county approval and permits nor does it indicate technical viability. The
homeowner is responsible for all changes made to the property and for making future homeowners aware of these additional
requirements. The original submitted documents will be retained for the record by Maximum and ONLY A COPY of the
improvement request will be returned to the applicant with approval, approval with conditions, or denial. If you have questions
