TC1 Price: Quoted in SGD Dollars (SGD) & base on standard package, no GST charges. Prices may vary
subjected to additional; special request or other configuration.
TC2 Availability: Approx one week upon confirmation of order, completed project information sheet,
drawing approval and down payment received.
TC3 Delivery Terms: Ex-work Singapore, Self-collection.
TC4 Terms of Payment: 100% cash on delivery payment.
TC5 Validity of Quotation: 30 days, thereafter subject to our confirmation.
TC6 Proprietary Right: The delivered equipment will remain property of manufacturer until the moment
payment has been fully received.
TC7 Warranty: Manufacturer guarantees the equipment for a period of 12 months after ship's delivery to
owner, or a maximum of 18 months from the date of delivery, whichever comes first.

TC8 Installation, Commissioning & FAT: Price does not include supervision of installation, Commissioning,
sea trial and FAT. All commissioning works need to be carried out by KELVIN WAVE. Otherwise, it
impaired the equipment warranty. Commissioning booking at least 1 week in advance to avoid any
inconvenience or delay. Any pubilic liability will be borne by the servicing agent.
TC9 Taxes & Duties: All prices quoted herein exclude all duties and taxes at port of destination
Any cancellation of orders after official Purchase Order is issued and and accepted by KELVIN WAVE,
there will be a non-negotiable cancellation penalty of 40% of the stipulated contractual value as per
Purchase Order.
