JUDICIAL DECISION
The Supreme Court finds Juan Dela Cruz guilty of homicide.
The killing was done in a fit of anger and without the
attendance of any of the circumstances that would elevate
the crime to murder. There was proof beyond reasonable
doubt that Juan Dela Cruz killed Jane Santos. This was
witnessed and narrated by the bystander who rushed Jane
Santos to the hospital, during trial.
