Detailed Findings
There is visible mould in the following areas:

- Master bedroom
Water damage observed on ceiling and walls in the master bedroom.
Moisture reading indicates the ceiling and walls are wet in the master bedroom.
Elevated relative humidity levels have been detected and should be reduced and maintained below 55% to
prevent mould occurring.
Moisture ingress causing visible mould may be a result of building defects, condensation and elevated
relative humidity levels.
If left untreated, the mould can be a potential health hazard to the occupants.
Treatment Recommendations
Mould affected areas to be treated and sanitised to eliminate visible mould and other contaminants.
Decontamination fogging is recommended to eliminate airborne mould spores.
Prevention Recommendations
A Cool Seasons Premium 10L Desiccant Dehumidifier is recommended to assist with moisture control and
humidity levels.
Further investigation by your preferred tradesperson is recommended to assess possible building defects
which may be contributing to moisture ingress.

based on visual evidence on surfaces. The Mould Doctor is not liable of any unforeseen
mould damage omitted on this report.
This Report and all its content is prepared for the purpose of scoping works for Mould
Remediation and costing, may not necessarily be suitable for presentation in litigation and
other Court or Tribunal actions. The findings in this report (other than recommended work
to the addressee) is for work to be carried out by The Mould Doctor based on our best
practice in-house procedures and work methods.
