Sub: Request for fixing Maximum ceiling limit of Out Door Medical on the
basis on Basic Pay and DA as on 1st April of every financial year– regarding.
Respected Sir,
We would like to draw your kind attention to the above-cited subject. Maximum ceiling
limit of reimbursement for Out Door Medical Treatment is fixed on the basis on Basic
Pay and IDA as on 1st April of every financial year. But during Covid-19 period such
limit was fixed by freezing the DA as on 01.04.2020 for the all employees including
retired employees.
This issue was discussed with Dir (HR), BSNL Board by the Office Bearer of Association
that this freezing of IDA is not applicable for the working employee, and assured that
letter in this regard will be issued. But till date no such letter is issued by the Admin
section of BSNL CO.
We hereby request once again to kindly arrange to issue instructions for fixing of
Maximum ceiling limit of reimbursement for Out Door Medical Treatment on the basis
on Basic Pay and DA as on 1st April of every financial year i.e. for 2022-23 financial
year limit should be fixed based on the Basic pay + IDA as on 01.04.2022.
