and define in their own words the following: energy, matter, cycle
ELD Objective (written in measurable terms): Student will be able to conservate with a partner
about the meaning of energy and why we need it to have a sustainable life. Student will be able to
give real life examples where we use energy
Brief description of the activity you will do with the student(s) for the lesson:
This activity will contain three different parts.
The first part will be a list of vocabulary words that they would have to define, secondly, they
would match a picture to each vocabulary word, and lastly the student with share with their
partner and explain the order and definition written for each word.
As a class we will give examples for each term.
