hi there i just recently checked my bill and its way higher than what i am supposed to pay the amount i normally pay is £43-£45 but this bill says i have to pay £69.74. can i please get help with this as this amount is too high for me to pay and i dont know why its charging me this much. i have not upgraded or anything else. please can you help me with this issue as its really worrying me and i havnt paid my bill as the price is this high.
