In preparation for my mission. I had to seek the help and guidance of a few respected people Man. I would like to take this opportunity to remind the
teachers in charge. Thanks to Mr Selvem for his introduction, provided he carries out this mission. Give me a working methodology. Provided by many,
especially classrooms and students Esoft for our programs and other entities inspired me to improve quality Tasks among classmates
Introduction
At the first meeting, there were various topics among the team members, but in the end, personalities were chosen as the basis for the final workshop of a
group of people who were already or previously hired. Selvam divided the entire batch into two main groups. As the leader of Team, how did I propose a
plan and envision a final workshop on personality? As I planned in, they all agreed and improved it with their ideas. For simplicity, Mr Selvam told us to
assign us a role and divide the work accordingly. I choose to take the initiative with the approval of others, and Assigns the remaining roles depending on
their personal strength and experience. I met each one personally before assigning a role to. We had lectures on Wednesday of the previous semester, so
we held a meeting every Wednesday afternoon. Finally, after facing an unexpected problem, the workshop was successfully held.
Different communication styles and formats
What are different communication styles and formats?
KRISHAN CHAMARA (PP ASSIGNMENT)
Page 19
Communication is the process of sending and receiving messages via linguistic or nonverbal means, including speech or verbal communication. Writing and
graphic representation (eg info graphics, maps, charts); signs, signals, actions. More simply, communication is "creating and exchanging meaning." Media
critic and theorist James Carrie, in his 1992 book Communication as Culture, defines communication as "a symbolic process of creating, maintaining,
repairing and transforming reality" and describes experience. I assumed that I would define reality by sharing it with others. ..
(Nordquist, 2019)
Verbal Communication
Speaking is not the only effective verbal communication skill. Verbal communication includes both ways to convey and receive messages. Communication is
an important soft skill for all employers. Employees who can interpret messages and act on the information they receive are more likely to be good at work
Advise others on appropriate course of action Assertiveness Provides feedback in a constructive way, highlighting certain modifiable behaviors
Disciplinary employees directly and politely Give credit to others Recognizing and responding to dissenting opinions Show interest in others,
ask about their feelings, and acknowledge them Speak calmly even under stress Dismiss an employee (Doyle, 2020)
Non-Verbal Communication
Nonverbal communication, also known as manual speech, is the process of sending and receiving messages without the use of spoken or written language.
Nonverbal behavior can emphasize parts of a linguistic message, just as italics emphasize written language. The term nonverbal communication was
introduced in 1956 by psychiatrist Jurgen Ruesch and author Weldon Keens in his book Nonverbal Communication: Notes on the Visual Perception of
Human Relations. Nonverbal messages have been regarded as an important aspect of communication for centuries. For example, Francis Bacon wrote in
The Advancement of Learning (1605), "Face features of the body generally reveal the nature and inclination of the mind, but movements of the face and
parts not only reveal it. It also reveals the current humor. "And the state of mind and will. (Nordquist, 2020)

students who participated in this programme. We gave them how know about personality qualities and how to develop your personality. . The program
lasted for more than 2 hours and we organized this program for over one month and distributed our parts to our team members as scheduled we worked

Time Management
Time management is the process of organizing and planning how to allocate time between different activities. If you understand it correctly, you will be
smarter, less difficult, and work to get more done in less time, even when time is tight and pressure is high. High Achievements manage time very well. You
can also get the most out of your time by using Mind Tools time management resources.
Goals and objectives
Our main goal is to train employees or clerk to identify different personalities and treat people accordingly to improve public relations as a common
problem in large companies. Did.
To start this project, we first pre-assigned role according to skill and experience. The Gantt chart was created to track the time frame and its corresponding
progress as a. We always share our work with the What`s App group and get feedback about everyone's work. The also designed a feedback form to ensure
that participants successfully submitted the information.

Our group has been assigned various roles. This makes the task easier and more effective. Google Drive was used with constant updates posted on whats
app to maintain constant communication regarding progress and issues. This allowed us to keep a good pace on Trial to our destination. As we have seen,
Sri Lankan employees have not been properly identified for their employees, so they can effectively maintain relationships with other colleagues and attract
people. I had a problem doing it. Therefore, we saw this as an opportunity to train a small group of employees related to for management. Our goal was to
successfully complete the project within a two-month period, and Workshop was held on May 15, 2022

Problems and challenges faced
When working as a team, it's difficult to get everyone together in the’s commonality due to different perspectives and contrasting personalities. As a team,
we must always try to find the best idea out of all the conflicting ideas in order to compromise and optimize the final workshop as a success. Holding weekly
meetings and updating the Whats App group on a regular basis has proven to be a very effective way to bring together as a team. Nevertheless, problems
and challenges have surfaced in our time frame
Below are some of the problems we faced and the solutions we have implemented to overcome the

Lack of experience - The first problem most of us faced was the fact that they hadn't completed the training program. Some members have never
announced in front of an audience of more than 10 people
Solution - In person with inexperienced members, consulted with instructor Selvam. They also conducted different online surveys of,
contacted people in the senior group of, and learned how to make the event a success


Complicatedness of the entire project - The overall complexity of the workshop was overwhelming for our team. None of the team members could
do it individually or at once in
Solution - The team assigned them specific roles and responsibilities. All of the’s complex tasks were assigned to multiple team members to
help each other. They were assigned roles based on skills and experience in the field
Time management - The two-month time frame seemed to be enough time when was released, but then for various reasons, the time frame was
just enough to complete the project
Solution - Use appropriate management techniques such as Gantt charting, weekly meetings, daily WhatsApp updates, and uploading work
to shared Google Drive. Using these methods, members were able to work at a stable pace by the final deadline. Creating a personal profile
has also proved essential for identifying strengths and weaknesses

State of emergency - A few weeks before the deadline, the country was in turmoil. This was a major concern for both our team and the participants.
Initially, we planned to have a live audience. Was because he thought it would be more effective to perform personal identification directly live.
However, I was worried that the government would impose a curfew without the prior announcement of
Solution - If we couldn't hold the event directly, we was planning to hold an online event, but in the end we went ahead.
KRISHAN CHAMARA (PP ASSIGNMENT)
Page 26
Project schedule and contingencies
To complete the project in a successful manner, a proper plan is required, as the team leader wanted to create a project plan and during the creation of the
plan, we made our overall schedule. Different tasks were done within these weeks as shown below
Contingency Plan
From the beginning, we knew that no matter how well we planned the workshop, we faced countless times during the pandemic, so there are certain
uncontrollable factors that contradict the original plan. I did. Initially, the workshop was planned to be held in front of an actual audience, but the state of
emergency in Sri Lanka required a change in plans to hold events online via the Zoom application.
It was also possible that some members of the group, especially key members, were unable to attend the workshop. Therefore, it was necessary to keep

Abstract
As explained above, here we will look at the problem and how to solve it. We will also discuss the various topics we have discussed, time management
issues and issues. This can result from the allocation of shares to members. As described in Task 1 for the main issues we had when we looked critically at
the solution to the problem we were trying to solve various problems-The solution used to solve them was time management. The effect was that the 3
hours we had weren't very good for this program In this case, it is enough to give each team member a certain amount of time. During that time, support
them to complete their part within that time frame. Management The right to convey time and knowledge and not only these issues if it does occur, it
should be addressed through discussions with the team at this time. Was identified Problems that can show how the team worked together to solve the
problem The methodology chosen to solve these problems and implement the most important ones correctly The purpose of implementing this program is
to distribute a piece of knowledge to each person. Individuals are like distributions. It can be described as an action we took as a team very good. If a

problem arises, the team will come together to discuss the problem and provide a solution. This is a great way to minimize problems as a team. You can
classify such problems it was divided into two categories and if so,


Physical problems
Technical problems
Within the framework of these two choices, our team can be individually divided into two encounters. There are problems, but as a team it can be
considered important to solve all the problems together Responding to the problem-solving process. Another problem we had was that we had three
programs. There were too many videos in the presentation program, which was also a problem our first group program. The program we presented had to
deal with such issues. Problems encountered by our team and the solutions we have provided for those problems as mentioned above/. This section
describes how to logically solve some of these problems. 1 One of the above issues is splitting the work among the nine members of the team. And give
them time to complete the task. It’s a big problem, but it’s run by a team. Resolve it with dis. If this professional solution is described in detail, nine Team
members are assigned different tasks and information is sought after by everyone. Information is discussed separately by everyone, and at the last moment
we you can solve the problem properly. Find a solution to your problem and present it decisively Discussion can be described as a task that should be
performed emotionally by a group of people.. Outstanding quality in our team for example, the following are examples of solutions to problems

Discussed the importance of working within a team and teamwork
What is a team?
A team is defined as a group of people who perform interdependent tasks to work towards achieving a common mission or goal. Some teams have a finite
lifespan. For example, a design team developing a new product, or a continuous process improvement team organized to solve a particular problem. Others
are ongoing as follows: B. A departmental team that meets regularly to review goals, activities, and performance. In an organization with many teams,
careful coordination is needed. When teams and individuals network with other teams, the principle of fostering understanding and trust applies, but the
structure becomes more complex (Figure 1). Understanding the many interrelationships that exist between organizational units and processes, and the
impact they have on quality, productivity, and cost, demonstrates the value of the team.

Boost performance - Being effective aids the team in completing the task. When it comes to teamwork, efficiency may be described as a crucial component
of the team. The secret is to get the team as a whole operating effectively. We made a lot of effort to keep the team functioning effectively throughout our
scheduled (how to develop your personality) program.
Better your communication - The other advantage of teamwork is that it helps us communicate better. Here, we discuss how teams may increase their

Motivation the team
Motivation is the desire to act to achieve a goal. It is an important factor in setting and achieving our goals. Motivation is one of the driving forces behind
human behavior. It fuels competition and stimulates social ties. Its lack can lead to mental illness such as depression. Motivation encompasses the desire to
continue striving toward meaning, purpose, and a life worth living
(staff, n.d.)
Another thing we did during the program was to motivate everyone who took part and keep them enthusiastic about it.This portion greatly aided our team
program in producing excellent results.
Responsive and effective communication
Being a member of a team requires responsive and effective communication. When participating in group activities, team quality is crucial. It is
crucial to encourage team members to communicate with each other via this channel and other means as well as a new internet-based platform
for communication to help them

Soft skills
What are soft skills?
Work style is related to soft skills. Interpersonal (people) skills, communication skills, listening skills, time management, and empathy are a few examples of
soft skills. Given the importance of soft skills for almost every job, they are among the top abilities hiring managers look for in applicants. Soft skills are
often sought after by hiring managers since they help employees succeed in the workplace.1Even if someone has strong technical, job-specific skills, they
might not succeed at work if they can't manage their time or collaborate with others. (doyle, 2022)

Successful communication
Many people are curious as to what constitutes effective communication. The solution includes a number of components. Effective communication entails
that your thoughts and concepts are understood and put into practice. It also implies that you have the capacity to pay attention to, comprehend, and act
upon what other people say. This is how successful communication is defined and how a team, department, or business achieves success by figuring out
what needs to be done and really executing it!
(Laurie, n.d.)
We divided the tasks among our team members because this was our first program for freshmen. My contribution was to assist the team and oversee the
initiative. This portion is for not just me but also for the other two people who are with me.as previously stated. We can all benefit greatly from having soft
skills both now and in the future. Through this part, they were also able to provide knowledge on topics like interpersonal connections. This can also be
interpreted as a requirement to advance one's knowledge, attitudes, and professional competencies.
Leadership
Another aspect of mildness is having good leadership abilities. Where a leader can develop his or her leadership skills by speaking with and listening to
members of his or her team about how to handle illness. Throughout the course of the program, freshmen participants learned about leadership attributes
under the heading of soft skills.
Impotence of CPD
What is CPD?
Continuous professional development is referred to as CPD.CPD can be characterized as a component that supports the development of our concepts,
methods, and knowledge. Also another way of putting it. It can also be described as a synthesis of concepts and methods. Since professional life includes
this and it is incredibly helpful. Whenever we are, whatever we want, and will have the ability to make the right decision. You can evaluate and reflect on
what you learn with the aid of CPD. You can continuously control your growth with the aid of the CPD procedure.

assignment 01 36 in order to achieve that goal, all we need to do is work toward it from one perspective.
Strategies
A strategy is a way to carry out a plan or achieve a goal. We employ this tactic in our plans. Additionally, this gave them insight about how to develop their
firm.
Motivation theories
Motivating someone to do everything they can to attain their goals is one approach to uplift their spirits and motivation. Motivation focuses on carrying out
any action and involves dedication. There are numerous motivational philosophies.

Maslow’s hierarchy of needs
This might be referred to as an Abraham Maslow theory.
His notion made it easier for us to recruit fresh participants in our course.
The team's requirements must be met by each member in order for the leader to fully appreciate this theory.

Hertzberg’s two-factor theory
Hertzberg separated these hypotheses into two categories: motivation and sanitary considerations. Simply put, motivation entails providing people
with the drive to maintain a positive outlook. In this department, the staff will impart motivational knowledge to the newbies who participated in
our workplace. What are those theories of motivation? Tell them the worth of our life through such theories. We used brief movies in our
encouragement section to teach students about motives. Which appeared to in some ways boost their attitudes and minds.
Understanding what would motivate people is made easier by the many motivation theories.
Evaluate in CPD
It is crucial to give CPD evaluation time. This will also enable us to comprehend the nature of the activity we are engaging in better. Possessing confidence in
our efforts is also beneficial. The goal of CPD is success and competence

Every time we put this into practice, there are positive outcomes that can offer excellent support for the effort. Those who are focused will get excellent
outcomes by putting these strategies into practice. They will acquire positive attitudes and coexistence skills.
Conclusion
We came to the following conclusions: how to work with team spirit; how to manage time; how to properly present a workshop to a group of people; and
what we might finally conclude about leadership.
