NFA TO FA METHOD
1. Have the username and password of the account
2. Find the email address – You can match the username to the email or the password to the email
to which the account is connected.
3. Go to Riot Player Support – sign out
4. Create a ticket and set it to account recovery
a. Email Address: Fill in the email you want the account to be attached to.
b. Region: Region of the NFA account
c. How did you lose access: Select hacked/compromised/locked account
d. Login Name: The account username
e. Riot ID: Include your tag (Ex: RiotGames #NA1) (Check in game)
f. Your Current Email: The same email you put above
g. Your Date of Birth: Find in the settings if possible, or put random one
h. Last time you had access: Put the last date you played
i. Who made this account: Put the username
j. All possible emails used: Guessing game, try to figure out what the email is
k. Do you have access to those emails: No
l. Account Creation Date: Figure out – Launch game to possibly find, or put ACT saying you
don’t remember
m. Location where account was created: USA for NA, Europe for EU
n. Has anyone else played on the account: Put no or that your brother played on it (Just
put no)
o. How you lost access to this account: Make up a sob story about how you woke up to an
email saying you can’t access the account anymore
p. Have you bought in game currency: Put yes
i. What was the first thing you spent it on: Be specific, put a random skin name of
vandal from your account and say you don’t remember it clearly
ii. Email Linked to Paypal: Say you don’t know, you’re young and your parents paid
for it on their account
iii. Phone Number: Just write the country of the account – don’t put a number
q. Subject: Write Account Recovery
r. Description: Make a sob story about how you logged in this morning and found out your
email is compromised, and pw was changed. Say please help me change my email
(Sound like a stupid fuck 15-year-old aka Kona)
s. Click submit and check your email for a message
5. After support responds answer these:
a. First Agent: if all agents are unlocked on your account, then just say a random duelist
like reyna or say smoker like omen and then write but I don’t clearly remember
b. First Gun Buddy: iron buddy because that’s the one which could be unlocked otherwise
it depends upon the account u have
c. First Gun Skin You Evolved using Radianite Points: write the names of two fully upgraded
skins and then say I don’t remember properly and if account has no upgradable skins,
then write it doesn’t have
