EDHG Products 3 mPOD ™ Vibration/Pressure/Temperature Gauge Designed as a permanently installed gauge, the mPOD3 gauge transmits a proprietary protocol when addressed. Using an addressable scheme allows for multiple mPOD3 gauges or combinations of mPOD3 and mPOD2+ gauges to be powered and communicate on the same, single, conductor line. In addition to transmitting both pressure and temperature data, continuous monitoring of the gauges head voltage allows for basic diagnostics of cable integrity during the life of the installed equipment. Incorporating all metal-metal seals assures life of asset operation. Stringent testing on all eP/Weatherford gauges adds to the reliability and expected longevity in the permanently installed application. The calibration and verification testing assures that the gauge meets the accuracy specifications determined for the design. Vibration data measured consists of Grms and frequency. The vibration parameter of in-well performance can assist in the diagnostics and proactive decision process with tubing wear or rod parts.
