"Secretaria de Bienestar" is the
dependency of the federal government
that is in charge of delivering support
programs to the population such as
single mothers, unemployed people
and elderly people
EQUILIBRIUM
Socials programs in Mexico tends to face
corruption because regulations and standards are
rarely controlled. Therefore corruption-related
behaviour is increasing under the excuse that
everyone is doing it.
AUTOREGULATION
In Mexican Institutions public servers do the
least of their duties to safe money and
resources that they are most likely to keep
for themselves or others. The lack of
regulatory

creates
an
environment that facilitates these practices.

some part of work but not a significant advanced that is
supposed to be. That also apply to the budgets where they
have some but keep them some for themselves.

Because the mexican society and social programs are
mostly corrupted, populations tends to based their
"identity" on this mistrust of the institutions.
STRUCTURE
Corruption is qualifie as a mean to facilitate
political and economic development.

The only one that can do a social change is the
government. The citizens can ask for
