PROJECT CONSTRAINTS REPORT PROJECT NAME PROJECT MANAGER Empowering Youth At Risk Project (EPYARP) START DATE 01/06/2023 END DATE 01/06/2024 PROJECT CONSTRAINTS TIME The project will run for one year from June 2023 to June 2024. The project consists of four groups which will run for a period of three months each. The total cost for the project is $ 2,634,678.04 EC COST SCOPE Elevate Youth will create a program which will enable at-risk youth between the ages of 16 and 21 to participate in 3 month courses in selected fields. These courses are geared to- wards the training of hard and soft skills necessary to be marketable and employable in the job market. QUALITY RESOURCES Human Resource: 11 Facilitators , 11 Facilitator assistants, 2 Literacy Coordinators, 2 Numeracy Coordinators, 2 Guidance Counsellors, 2 Addiction Counsellors, 2 Life Skills Support facilitators , 4 Sports Coordinators, 2 Art Coordintors, Location of program: We will utilise the community centeres in each community and vocational classrooms in the Secondary Schools. RISKS Not being able to reach target market Insufficient participation from youth Low performance of team members and/or teachers OTHER CONSTRAINTS Delays in implementation due to unforeseen circumstances Funding may not be readily available when needed to pay personnel and other expenses
