Because of this, our services, including security, are limited. Budget Outings is not liable for any guest belongings within the resort. We do our best by providing CCTV coverage, and providing Lockers. In the event of an emergency, Emergency Numbers can be found displayed in the Front Desk. Regarding COVID-19: Health and Safety Guidelines such as wearing masks and social distancing is expected to be followed by all guests. Please keep your valuables with you at all times, Budget Outings will not be held liable for any loss of belongings. Vehicles should be properly locked before leaving the parking area. Budget Outings is not liable for any loss or damage to your vehicles/s Personal safety should be considered at all times. Budget Outings will not be liable for any accidents and injuries. A First Aid Kit is available at the front desk. Strictly no Littering within the premises. Please dispose of and properly segregate your garbage using the designated trash bins found all over the premises. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must maintain peace and serenity within the resort at all times. Management has the right to take action to contain unruly behaviour to ensure the general peace and serenity for everyone staying in the premises. a. Management has the right to charge and, if needed, take necessary action against any guest caught breaking the law within the premises. Examples includes, but is not limited to: i. Trespassing another guest's accommodation ii. Stealing from another guest or staff. iii. Harassing another guest or staff b. All guests must strictly comply with the LGU Mandated Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Videoke, Sound Systems,and/or other devices emitting disturbing noise must be turned off. Management reserves the right to take action to make sure this is enforced. i. FIRST WARNING: Guests will be asked to turn off the device producing loud sounds. ii. FINAL WARNING: Management has the right to confiscate the device and return it after the quiet hours. c. We are pet friendly, but please take note that guests must take full responsibility for the cleanliness and behavior of their pets. Please do not bring your pets if you are unable to properly manage them. i. Please clean up after your pets ii. Pets are not allowed inside the accommodations of the room. iii. Management reserves the right to impound any unruly or noisy pet. iv. Failure to comply may result in penalties to your security deposit, especially in the event of damages caused by the pet. d. NO firearms allowed within the resort premises. e. NO illicit drugs allowed within the resort premises For overnight stay: To allow our housekeeping staff enough time to clean your accommodations for the next incoming guest, all indoor accommodations must be cleared out by 12:00 NN. Management reserves the right to remove the guest’s belongings after check-out time. Putting up tents is only permitted in designated camping areas. Cooking is only allowed in our designated cooking and grilling areas. Cooking inside the room is strictly prohibited. This is in accordance with the Fire Department for the safety of our guests. In accordance with the Fire Department, Accommodations have no sockets. Charging Lockers are available at the Front Desk for use. Plugging of rice cookers and any other device aside from gadgets inside the lockers is strictly prohibited. Rice cookers and other appliances can be plugged in at the store for PHP 20 per use. Heavy duty appliances such as Water Dispensers are prohibited. Checking Out: After vacating the room, guests should inform the front desk that they are ready to check-out. a. Staff will check the accommodations to ensure that the accommodation is in good condition upon check-out. b. All borrowed or rented items must be returned in the same condition they were given. Once the checklist is cleared, the guest may vacate the accommodations. Deductions from the Security Deposit will be applied upon any damages or losses For extension of stay, please inform the front desk/store 2 hours ahead of time, extension of overnight accommodation can only be entertained Depending on Availability.. For inquiries and other concerns, the front desk and store is available from 7AM to 10PM only.
