Purpose The purpose of this 12 months graduate programme is to provide a basic but effective and user-friendly information service to internal and external clients. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities: • Assist in performing software development, design interactive applications with an objective to meet business strategies. • Assist by providing technical advice in support of the IT strategy for development and DevOps services. • Assist by providing daily monitoring of development open tasks and communicate to testing team. • Effective identification, documentation, and logging of issues (e.g., queries, bugs, change requests) arising out of the testing process. • Assist to develop proficiency in communicating with customers and ensure key interactions are recorded. • Assist to develop and manage monthly schedules that are aligned to customer SLA’s and proactively manage exceptions. INHERENT/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • National Diploma(NQF level 6) in Information Technology/ Financial Information System or relevant qualification. • Good communication skills. • Ability to work in a team.
