Management Audit
1. State the original business plan
Our start-up strategy was to satisfy clients by surprising them in every sip from Monday through
Friday from 7 am to 11 pm and selling premium coffee at a reasonable price. To advertise
our product and increase its reach to a wide range of people, we also launched radio and online
awareness campaigns. To ensure customer satisfaction, we were using high-quality coffee beans
and modern coffee machine to decrease the service time. The pricing of a medium cup was
$4.50 with a $0.50 discount on every cup during the 1st month of business.
The following is the outline of our business plan:

them with a refreshing and delightful cup of coffee.
