WhY BETTER Butter
Matters
Presented by: John Zabala, Frentel Butter
The Frentel Butter Background
It all starts with the cows in Normandy, France. Normandy, well known for its
rich soil and nutrients produces a grass, that when eaten by cows provide rich
flavorful milk. Our artisan butter makers use a special Frentel recipe to add a
culture and churn the butter just the right amount of time to produce it's
unique gold color that let's you know it is dense. We do not add all of the the
water that other brands do. It gets its creamy, rich texture and fabulous taste
because of the high yielding butterfat - 82%, higer than the US counterparts.
This family recipe was brought to the United States over 40 years ago and the
same family still owns the brand.
If you agree that taste is important for spreading on your favorite recipes or baked
goods, Frentel is the butter for you.
