 Implemented Scrap Reduction in Bore Grinding M/C by suggesting the program logic for input of grinding wheel size

o 30% productivity improvement and cost saving upto 10,000 Euro/Month of Centreless Grinding Machine by
implementing Stock Level Optimization and Process Change to Single Pass Grinding
o Reduction in M/C set-up time by 60 % by implementing the change in Part Tooling and Hand Tools arrangement
o Decrease in the consumption of diamond dresser in grind M/C due to proper coolant supply by changing the
position of coolant nozzle over diamond dresser unit which prevented the premature diamond wear during dressing
 Developed POKA-YOKE Techniquein:
o Grinding Machine which resulted in the elimination of all quality related concerns due to dresser and rework and
scrap drastically reduced due to grinding crack and grinding burns
o Centerless through feed Grinding Machine which resulted in the elimination of size variation in Outer Diameter and
rework and scrap drastically reduced in bore grinding machine
