or rob you and take suitable precautions.
[24] Unnatural

You have a deep desire to feel pain and cut, whip,
or torture yourself each day you go without.

even slightly.
[28] Eyeless
You feel your eyes rot away to leave hollow
sockets in their wake, though your vision is
unchanged.
[29] Morbid

from the fallen and wear them on yourself, prizing
impressive body parts over even glittering gold,
and can only be parted from your corpsely jewelry
under the direst circumstances.
[30] Tongue
You have a forked tongue, much like a serpent's,
and must consciously restrain yourself from flicking
it out to taste the air.
[31] Defiler
You have a twisted desire to destroy things of
beauty and must save when the chance to do so
arises, though you may have a bonus if it can be
sold for a high sum.
[32] Wings
You grow a pair of massive bat wings from your
shoulder-blades, granting you the ability to use
jump and feather fall a number of times equal to
your positive STR, DEX, and CON modifiers per
day, as long as you aren't encumbered or wearing
heavy armour, but their appearance alone is bound
to cause hostilities.
[33] Garish
You have a skin colour that is visibly unnatural,
such as crimson, neon orange, or blue, an
extremely obvious and difficult to conceal sign of
your blood.
[34] Corrupted
You are disgusted by good deeds and people to
the point of nausea, and are fascinated by evil
deeds and those who commit them, no matter your
own alignment.
[35] Ancient
You lose all traces of youth, growing wrinkled and
haggard with the weight of centuries, though your
health, performance, and lifespan are unchanged.
[36] Obsession
You now possess a vice, such as dice, the mastery
of a weapon, or underwater basket weaving, mild
or not, it must occupy your every thought and push
all else aside, you will do anything for its sake and
bitterly hate those who don't acknowledge its
profundity.
[37] Scavenger
You are only able to consume rotting food, fresh
meals are unpalatable and will make you vomit.
[38] Lunatic
You find yourself in sync with the cycles of the
moon, becoming increasingly restless as it nears
fullness, and finally go into a frenzy of your worst
passions as it waxes full, losing all control and
memory of the night on the next day.
[39] Spit
You have a corrosive acid for saliva and are
capable of spitting as far as a sword can strike,
with a fair degree of accuracy, and feel a sudden
instinct to spit into the eyes of your foes and the
floors of places you disrespect, inflicting 1d4
damage on a hit.
[40] Buzzing
You speak with the wailing of locusts beneath your
voice, an inhuman tone that shackles every
syllable with the weight of malice.
[41] Asymmetric
You experience a subtle but profound restructure
as both halves of your body are warped, each
looking like they belong to a different person yet
joined in the middle, neither resembling your
previous self, the effect it has on most is jarring to
say the least.
[42] Howler
You feel a nigh-irresistible (4-6) urge to release a
hideous screech on taking a serious wound,
slaying a dangerous foe, or finding treasure, at a
volume that can be heard for hundreds of paces,
although in close proximity against a living target,
you can screech to inflict 1d4 damage.
[43] Sunshunned
You no longer cast a shadow and are incapable of
getting a tan, but more severely, any
sun-dependent crops you tend will fail to take root,
though the sun will grace you once more should
you contract vampirism.
[44] Digitigrade
You have your knees snapped backward and walk
with a predatory, loping gait; aside from the
appearance, it makes you 5" faster on open terrain
at the cost of increasing the difficulty of keeping
your balance by 2.
[45] Vengeful
You cannot take a weapon into your hand without
shedding blood by its edge, reject a challenge no
matter the circumstance, or ignore an insult of any
degree, the limitless spite festering in your soul
won't allow it.
[46] Muzzle
You have your skull malformed into a canine
muzzle, a horrific deformity that has no intrinsic
benefit, prevents helmets, and is extremely difficult
to hide.
[47] Warts
You have all manner of painful and disgusting
warts, pustules, and boils covering your skin, which
can be removed by no means but surgery and will
regrow in a matter of days.
[48] Hooves
[49] Possessed
[50] Antennae
[51] Tally
You feel your feet snap and curl in on themselves
into a pair of thick cloven hooves, alarming others
and preventing most footwear.
You feel a malign presence occupy your mind, as if
watching you, it is evil and will taunt and torment
your mind or if you share its proclivities, give you
cruel, occasionally useful advice, on reaching 1 HP,
you must save or lose control as the fiend seizes
your body in a moment of weakness.
You grow a pair of insectoid antennae which can
sense faint vibrations in the air, allowing you to
"see" invisible creatures, though they are
somewhat uncomfortable to hide.
You now possess a clear, exact headcount of how
many people and monsters you've killed, and a
faint but constant urge to see the number go up.
[52] Fangs
You have the sharpened teeth of a carnivore, far
better suited to meat than vegetables, and
improving the force of your bite but disturbing most.
[53] Opposite
You have an inverted soul essence, causing magic
potions and non-damaging spells directly targeting
you to have the opposite of their usual effect.
[54] Tail
You grow a thick prehensile tail at the base of your
spine, able to coil around objects and flick itself, its
end can be spaded, forked, or smooth at your
discretion, though it has little strength to hold a
weapon and is cumbersome to hide.
[55] Passionate
You feel emotions at an extreme intensity, the
slightest frustration is a blistering fury, the mildest
satisfaction is an ecstatic joy, and truly powerful
feelings shatter the bounds of sanity, only a will of
iron can remain rational despite such inner turmoil.
[56] Blighted
You are able to curse items and make unholy
water, at a rate of one item and vial per day, when
handling non-evil enchanted items or fresh water,
you must save or pervert its powers and purity,
though holy items and water may resist the effect.
[57] Scaled
You grow a layer of rigid, dark scales over your
skin, giving you a freakish reptilian appearance and
terrifying others, but improving your AC by one
point.
[58] Alluring
You are beautiful enough to get an elf's
acknowledgement but there is a sinister cast to
your features, and if grotesque or otherwise
mutated, the effect stacks and the structural
change remains, even if it's contradictory.
[59] Motherless
You lose your navel, the memories of your
childhood grows inscrutably vague and horrific, and
any family you might've once had no longer
recognize you as their own flesh and blood, though
this also applies to familial curses.
[60] Clawed
You grow a set of razor-sharp talons where your
fingernails and toenails used to be, increasing the
damage of your unarmed strikes by one dice-size,
d4 to d6, etc., but rendering gloves and boots
unusable.
[61] Epiphany
You suddenly know a great, dark, and terrible
secret, either eldritch and vile, such as the ritual of
lichdom, or personal and unspeakable, such as a
king's private affairs, powerful knowledge that can
only be used for malevolent ends.
[62] Sadist
You have a deep desire to inflict pain and will be
agitated each day you aren't able to torture or kill
someone painfully.

greatly reducing the discomfort of cold weather but
frequently shedding, indicating your corruption to
bystanders, and requiring an hour of daily shaving
to remove.
[64] Virtuoso
You develop a sudden, inexplicable talent for the
playing of an instrument or a specific art-form such
as painting or sculpture, as if you'd studied under a
master for twenty years, and are overflowing with
macabre inspiration.
[65] Venomous
You have extremely venomous blood, prompting
any living creature to take a bite out of you to
save-or-die, in theory you could poison someone
but it loses potency after a few minutes of
exposure to water or air.
[66] Horned
You grow a set of thick, pointed bones jutting from
your skull, these can be antlers or any variety of
horn, at your discretion, and can be used instead of
an unarmed strike but prohibit most headgear and
are very noticeable.
[67] Faux-Midas
You turn everything you touch into fool's gold,
though it takes on a pliable fabric for your clothes,
food remains edible, if tasteless, and the curse isn't
strong enough to transmute magical items, it inflicts
1d6 damage per turn that can't be healed through
mundane means and changes ten pounds of
material or 100 coins per minute.
[68] Gargantuan
You grow to a massive height and weight
overnight, half again as large as you were
previously, and now require doubled rations and
equipment will be far more expensive but much of
the bulk lent itself to denser muscle-mass, your
STR and CON are increased by 3, if either was
already at 18, roll physical damage-die one higher,
d6 to d8, etc. or add another hit-die, depending.
[69] Virulent
You carry hellish corruption, with absolute fertility
and a guarantee that any offspring will be more
demonic than you are.
[70] Thickskin
You feel your skin thicken into a rough leathery
hide, improving your AC by one point with no clear
unholiness.
[71] Gelatinous
You are boneless, able to contort in unnatural
angles and fit through any hole wide enough for a
closed fist but this does nothing for your
coordination and your carrying weight is halved.
[72] Quad-Armed
You have four arms joined at the shoulder, allowing
you to wear a shield and wield a two-handed
weapon, dual wield two-handed weapons, or quad
wield one-handed weapons, at the cost of accuracy
and being able to show yourself without a heavy
cloak.
[73] Unliving
You no longer need to eat, sleep, or breathe but
you have no pulse, your skin is clammy, and you
are affected by turn undead, being terrified, burned,
or even destroyed if cast by a cleric of far higher
level.
[74] Spikes
You are covered in hundreds of small, sharp,
regenerating quills which won't harm you but will
stab any touching you for 1d4 damage per turn of
grappling or on an unarmed strike, even if their
intentions aren't hostile.
[75] Hybridization
You are warped into an amalgamation of a
nonhumanoid monster of your choice and man,
inheriting its abilities and its weaknesses at halved
potency, though most will attack you on sight.
[76] Nightstalker
You can now see in the dark without assistance of
a torch, even piercing magical darkness cast at a
level lower than your own.
[77] Astral
You feel your soul become unmoored as you can
now exit your body and move invisibly and
intangibly at-will, though there is a chance of
possession each time.
[78] Keen
You have one of your primary senses enhanced to
inhuman levels as an outsider subtly warps your
body for a better view.
[79] Inversus
You have a strange internal organ position, an
exact mirror of a normal person's, giving you a 4-6
chance to take a critical hit from an unaware foe,
even a trained combatant, as a normal attack.
[80] Abyssal
You develop a set of gills and are able to move and
breathe comfortably underwater, heedless of
pollution.
[81] Dominion
You can summon forth an imp of the nearest evil
alignment which will obey you indefinitely, but can
only have one at once and require six days
between summons.
[82] Eidetic
You have a retroactively perfect memory and lose
any discomfort toward vile circumstances you
might've once had.
[83] Bizarre
You can shoot a malign, sorcerous laser from your
eye sockets or outstretched hand with a
sound-effect of your choice, inflicting one d4 of
damage per three levels at-will.
[84] Malleable
You have flesh that won't stay put, crawling on your
bones, but if fed a pound of raw flesh over a vile
minute it can heal wounds at a one point ratio.
[85] Brawny
You are wracked with knotted muscle and ripcord
sinew, a bestial might you're tempted to turn toward
destruction; if it was lower, your STR is set to 18.
[86] Guileful
You move with a serpent's fluid grace and your
clever fingers seem to sabotage and steal with a
mind of their own; if it was lower, your DEX is set to
18.

compared to what awaits and welcome them with a
wordless contempt; if it was lower, your CON is set
to 18.

clarity turned to hideous schemes; if it was lower,
your INT is set to 18.

wickedness in your blood, whether you embrace it
or not; if it was lower, your WIS is set to 18.
[90] Temptor
You have a smooth silver tongue and constant urge
to twist others toward evil; if it was lower, your CHA
is set to 18.
[91] Darkstrider
You can step between shadows to move at ten
times the speed it would've taken to run the same
distance but sunlight feels painful.
[92] Acclimated
You come into your malignant heritage and are
immune to your choice of heat, cold, poison, or
black magic.
[93] Perspicacity
You grow a third eye on your forehead or the palm
of your hand which is capable of true sight, though
it's blinded by the righteous.
[94] Fiendish
You are acknowledged by fiends that share your
alignment as of their blood and they are far likelier
to parley or even cooperate, if given incentive.
[95] Ruinous
You can pour your inner malice into your strikes,
hitting with an additional point of damage per level
or hit-die of the target once per fight.
[96] Contaminated You become "immune" to disease, a latent carrier
for every illness you've ever been exposed to, and
can infect others at-will.
[97] Polyglot
You are able to understand every spoken language
and be understood by anyone, though your words
are unnatural and of clearly evil origin.
[98] Fatebreaker
You can briefly peer into two futures, rolling twice
and choosing your preference once per day,
though each time you pervert the natural course of
events you heap inescapable doom down on your
soul.
[99] Occultist
You awaken to diabolical lore beyond your means
and can choose one spell, to use as a natural
ability under a stat of your choice as though you
were a cleric or magic user of your level.
[100] Descension
You outwardly manifest the corruption of your soul,
allowing you to transform into a fiend of the same
or lesser hit-die.
