Daily HR Assistant , Al Hasakah (BHA II -031– 2022 – Syria)

Blumont is looking to hire a Daily HR Assistant for BHA SAFER II Program funded by the U.S. Agency for
International Development (USAID) in Al Hasakah North East Syria.
Job Description:
The Daily HR Assistant will assist with scanning, filling, archiving documents related to individual
personal file, preparing the monthly payment of daily labors.
The role reports to HR Officer
Team member reporting to this post: N/A
In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside
the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.

Work on filling and archiving the hard copy in designated location as per line manager’s
instruction
Assist in obtaining approvals on contracts, HR forms, etc
Collecting and scanning the monthly timesheets / attendance sheet for Hasakah team including
daily labors and support the HR Officer in preparing the casual labor and daily labor monthly
Payment
Provide support in the recruitment process, i.e. invite the candidates to the interviews (Junior
positions), scheduling interviews and written tests
ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work on Scanning and printing all documents related to HR
• Registering daily labors to fingerprint machine when needed
• Any other duty as reasonably requested by line manager

Qualifications and Skills
Diploma or University degree.
EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
• Minimum 06 months of experience in Human Resources within an International NGO will
be preferable
• Microsoft Office software and computer literate
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to maintain to strict confidentiality and keep safe personal file
Other Considerations:
• Candidates will be required to provide educational certification to Blumont’s satisfaction as a
requirement for this role
