Respected Sir,
As per the EIA notification No. S.O. 1533 (E) Dated 14th September 2006 and amended
thereafter, I am submitting herewith our application in the prescribed Form -1, Form -1M,
Pre-Feasibility Report, Baseline studies Report, Hydro Geological Report, Approved Mining Plan
and Progressive Quarry Closure Plan etc., Mining plan was approved by the Assistant Director,
Department of Geology and Mining, Coimbatore vide Rc.No. 301/Mines/2021, Dated: 23.08.2021
I have submitted all the relevant document in online for Terms of Reference (ToR) to
obtain Environmental Clearance for our Rough stone and Gravel Quarry project (Patta
Land/Minor Mineral/Existing Quarry-new proposal)/ B1 Category, >5Ha in Cluster category).
I request that Terms of Reference (ToR) to obtaining Environmental Clearance for the above
newly proposed Rough stone and Gravel Quarry at Marudur Village, Mettupalayam Taluk,
Coimbatore District, Tamil Nadu may please be issued as early as possible please.
