YOUR LUGGAGE
At stations in the Netherlands, you will need to scan your ticket’s barcode in order
to open the gates.
For safety reasons and to ensure the timely departure of trains, Thalys travellers must be
on the platform and ready to board their train no later than 2 minutes before the
scheduled departure time. After that time, access to the train may be refused. Please
also note that safety checks may be conducted.
You will need to show a legible version of the barcode either on your mobile phone or on
a print-out in order for your ticket to be checked.
