MyTears, My joy

A boy by the name Mystic at the age of twelve (12), lost his parents through a terrific accident. His
parents died few weeks after officially getting married. They gave birth to their son before they got
married. Mystic was the only child of his parents. They were living in an uncompleted building which was
given to them by a good Samaritan. In fact, they were living in an adverse poverty. Sometimes, they
couldn’t even afford a square meal. He was in class four when his parents demised. Following the death
of his parents, he struggled to even continue his education so he dropped out. Having no one at his care,
he suffered immensely to cater for his basic needs and necessities. Mystic planned to continue his
education so he began selling handkerchiefs and face towels by the road side. After getting some
money, he went back to the school he was attending but the headmaster did not consider his situation
but denied to take him back. He went to a different School for admission. At that time, he was 14 years
old. Things got difficult since he only sell his handkerchiefs and towels only on weekends. The sad part is
that, one day after he got home from school, the workers of the owner of the uncompleted building was
already there to complete begin working on the house. Mystic was told to pack his things from the
house. He didn’t know the owner of the house neither his or her contact in order to beg to be retained.
So, he left the house and not knowing where to go. He took a walk through some part of the community
in search for a place for shelter. Fortunately for him, ho got a shop which has been closed so he slept in
front. The next day, miracle happened for him. He met a man on his way looking for a place to stay. He
narrated his story from beginning till the end. The man felt pity for him and took him to his house. The
man and his wife had married for thirty years without even a single child. Luckily enough, they took him
as their own and catered for him. The man and his wife enrolled Mystic to a different school and
continued thereafter. Mystic completed Junior High School at age 18 with best results. He continued
Senior High School. Since he was academically good, he was made to write his final examination at
Senior High School in form two. He passed there too with marvelous grades. Here, things were moving
so well for Mystic. At that time, he is gradually forgetting of the pains and tears he went through some
years ago. He was then admitted to the tertiary level where he pursued a four year degree program.
Mystic came out with flying colors and graduated with a first class honor. He became the overall best
graduating student during his time. He had his first appointment to work as a manager in an oil firm. He
then married afterwards and had a happy family thereafter. Upon all the ups and downs of the life of
Mystic, through the intervention of God and an encounter with the man, he became successful in life. To
you the reader, whatever life had put you through, remember there is hope for the future. One day,
your tears will surely become your joy.
