● The police department, in good repair w/ low steps & an access ramp. Parking lot
spaces are marked by clear paint lines. A sign reads “A safe place to go for all your
safety concern
● Shadowville Health Center
○ A 4-story building in good reidpair. Its entrance is flush w/ the ground & the
pavement around the building is even w/ no irregularities/ cracks
● North Downtown Bus Stop
○ Enclosed by glass on 3 sides w/ a visible heater & poster of the bus route &
schedule. There are street lamps nearby. Area is clean & there are no cracks in
the pavement
SOUTH DOWNTOWN
● South Downtown Bus Stop
○ Unenclosed bench next to a bus stop sign. Litter is scattered around a nearby
trash can & an empty shopping cart sits beside the bench. Sidewalk pavement is
cracked. No light fixture
● South Downtown Residential Area
○ Residential buildings placed close together. Buildings show signs of weather
damage & sidewalk before the buildings cracked. Nearby dumpster is full, its
contents overflowing
