2. Is there any Application Tracking system used, explain how it is used
We currently do not use a Application tracking system and we are in process of establishing
one through Workday.
3. Is there any new hiring model used owing to Covid
During the COVID, we had to use virtual interview tools such as Microsoft Teams & Zoom to
screen and finalize the candidates.
But we are reverting back to traditional face to face interview as we move out of COVID.
4. Is there any obsolete hiring model and the reason for the same

We have work from home policy wherein an employee can avail the option once a week.

We do not have the practice of gig working
10. What is the proportion of fresher hired
We do not hire freshers other than GETs which maybe 5% of the overall hiring volume.
