Architect/Engineers
☒ 9. Duly-accomplished Notice of Construction shall be submitted to the OBO prior to any construction
activity
☒ 10. Certified true copy of Fire Safety Evaluation Certificate (FSEC)

Permit shall be issued upon presentation of proof of payment (Photocopy of Official Receipt);
In the absence of an Architectural Plan, all other construction drawings shall contain a separate sheet
for Vicinity Map and Site Development Plan;
Construction Signage must be displayed visible from the road (Sample format available @ BFPD
Office.
