Blaze Coaches designed this internship program so that college students will have work experience and
be ready to move on their next career level opportunity. This makes them build confidence and can
handle more responsibilities.
Upon completion of the required work hours from their school, an intern will definitely:
1. Understand the psychology of money
2. Learn the principles of money and its importance: earning, growing, protecting, managing, giving
3. Utilize Facebook in sales and marketing
4. Boost confidence in talking to people
5. Enhance mindset, skillset, and heartset
6. Become top of mind, best in class, mission driven, professional
7. Facilitate learning session and experience coaching
8. Attend learning sessions and trainings for FREE
9. Have career opportunity and create income potential
10. Meet new people and build network and friendship
Here are the DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES that you need to accomplish during this program.
1. Actively engage with the team structure and attend all learning sessions to develop skills and
character
2. Create and execute inbound and outbound marketing strategies to meet goals
3. Build and manage contents specifically designed to attract a targeted audience (posts, webinars,
infographics, etc.)
4. Grow new leads by responding through a chat support system and set a meeting
5. Continually look for new ways to generate leads
6. Continually track, monitor, and follow-up old leads
7. Actively brainstorm and propose new ideas for marketing campaigns
8. Write various marketing materials in social media
