Coaching Philosphy
• Allow time for challenging training while encouraging
them to improve and support them when necessary
• Incorporate the need for effective communication
between coaches, players and parents
• Focus on commitment in everything we do
Sporting conduct and expectations of student
participants, their parents and coaches
• Sporting conduct is defined as those qualities of
behavior which are characterized by generosity and a
genuine concern for others, and that would include
our own coaches, student-athletes and fellow fans;
the opposing team, coaches and fans; the contest
officials, and the administrators conducting the
contests

• Legal Duties – Forms, Insurance, etc.
• Grooming Behavior
• Facebook, texting, special treatment
• Hazing/Harassment
• Health and Safety
• Facility repairs, concussions, return to play, communicable

Conclusion
“People have to be given the freedom to show the heart they

and family. Because if a team is a real family, it’s members want
