What to do?
Reliability
• Reliability is essential to employee
performance. Reliability consists of
the extent to which an individual or
other entity may be counted on to
do what is expected of him. For
example, a reliable employee is
one who shows up for work on
time and is prepared to complete
his work in a timely manner.

Attendance and Punctuality
• Punctuality and attendance are
important in the workplace
because they uphold productivity.
People at work rely on one another
to be punctual so they can work
together on projects, get feedback
and submit work to clients
according to their expectations.

in the workplace?
What is commitment
in workplace?
• An employees’
commitment is to obey to
the boss faithfully and
perform their work to the
best of the ability, while
the boss owes to them to
treat with love and
affection and to suitably
recognize their services.

What is efficiency in the
workplace?

How to be an efficient employee?
Self-presentation
• This means dressing smartly, being clean
and having good personal hygiene, and
carrying yourself well. Presentation means
making a strong first impression and
appearing professional.
• Whilst employers shouldn’t judge you on
how you look, appearing neat and
confident is important to show that you’ve
made an effort. To be a professional you
need to dress the part, which means
appropriate clothing for your industry. It
could be a suit and tie, or for some jobs
particularly in the creative industries
there’s more of a relaxed vibe.

Time management
• Time management is the process of
organizing and planning how to
divide your time between different
activities. Get it right, and you'll end
up working smarter, not harder, to
get more done in less time – even
when time is tight, and pressures are
high.

Personal responsibility.
• Setting personal boundaries and
rules to play by makes you
consciously aware of your every
action. When you are consciously
analyzing your steps, you hold
yourself actively responsible for
your life. This personal
responsibility, when practiced
correctly, can help you not only
lead a better life, but it’s
butterfly effects also touch the
people around you.
