Synopsis of description of project and objectives.
Rosalma Limited Company has grown enormously since its start back in 1997.
Nevertheless, remain immobile would be an unnecessary risk.
Companies that work led by a Six Sigma is a business strategy that has helped
thousands of industries around the world, enhancing processes and saving billions of
dollars. Rosalma is losing enormous amounts of resources on logistic and stocking
mistakes that can be solved by implementing this innovational and structured
methodology.
The Six Sigma Training project has three main project objectives prioritized as
follows:
1) Successfully implement Six Sigma methodology with minimal impact to end users
including internal and external stakeholders,
2) Motivate all stakeholders to adapt Six Sigma to every process
3) Improve employees' productivity.
