CARBOHYDRATES ARE NEEDED FOR ENERGY!
BMR stands for Basal Metabolic Rate, meaning the
smallest amount of energy needed for a person to stay
alive…things like breathing and keeping your heart
beating.
Did you know that these basic processes can take up a
whopping 75% of your daily energy!!
