Coral FLNG SA is the Special Purpose Entity responsible to develop and operate Coral South floating platform (FLNG) Job Posting Lead Reliability Engineer Role: • Provide effective technical support in design and execution of plant modification and additional facilities and in documentation towards creating value for the company in term of safety, reliability and efficiency. • Ensure that modifications are carried out timely, in full conformance to the design and satisfied the design intent, cost effective and fit for purpose. • Identify opportunities for improvement and develops improvement plans to support the plant operational objectives and targets pertaining to plant availability, reliability and integrity. Main Responsibilities: • Develop strategies for reliability and integrity improvement initiatives in the business; identify opportunities for improvement and develop improvement plans to support the plant operational objectives and targets pertaining to plant availability, reliability and integrity. • Develop & report on monthly basis to technical service manager, the plant reliability figures & trends with relevant history and lesson learned reports. • Responsible to gather, follow-up and keep record of plant trips and failure data and develop a "bad actors" report on monthly basis. • Responsible for identifying the failures that should be subject to "Root Cause Failure Analysis" procedure, and develop trends for critical equipment failure modes. • Tracking of equipment failures and developing analysis reports and demonstrate to relevant engineering discipline to develop the necessary RCFA if required. • Arrange for periodic Plant Technical Committee meeting and presentation with various involved disciplines, presenting the new proposed management of changes, critical root cause failure analysis and bad actors and prepare of discussions for validating the proposed problem solutions by technical services. • Develop a Management of change (MOC) tracking register and give assistance on monthly basis for prioritizing the Management of engineering change requests. • Prepare the MOC package with related priorities and circulate for review and approval in the MOC committee meeting. Registration Nr.: 100848821 Nuit: 400786704 Coral FLNG SA is the Special Purpose Entity responsible to develop and operate Coral South floating platform (FLNG) Job Posting Lead Reliability Engineer • Tracking and follow-up for reliability enhancement projects and report trends that provide evidence impact on plant availability, reliability and performance. • Develop the Asset Integrity leading KPI's on monthly basis that enabled the early detection of any deterioration or deficiency in the performance of the asset integrity system processes. • Develop plant integrity overdue corrective actions figures & report and follow up with concerned execution disciplines • Apply the "Pro-active diagnostic” concept by monitoring the trends of leading indicators even though of green area traffic lights to facilitate the early detection of any deterioration. • Give assistance to develop the necessary action plan to close the resultant gaps discovered after reporting of deteriorated indicators and follow up implementation and performance. • Provide necessary assistance in engineering and implementation of technical studies such as Safety Critical Element "SCE" and Reliability centred maintenance "RCM" and follow up implementation, study and analysis of impact on plant availability, reliability and performance. Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university, with multi-discipline exposure. • Minimum 12 years of specific experience in Reliability engineering, RCM and conditioning based monitoring at least 5 years in LNG. • Experience and knowledge of Reliability management software systems is preferred. • Must have experience in oil & gas equipment maintenance, equipment failures troubleshooting, adequate knowledge and experience engineering management of changes & reliability engineering. • Should be able to provide good engineering reports, trends and studies. Competencies: • Has hands on experience in LNG related industry equipment static equipment and piping engineering review i.e.: Cryogenic Pump, LNG Loading Pump, Refrigerant Compressors, Expanders and Gas turbines. • Has a wide breadth and depth of knowledge within the oil and gas engineering with proven skills in project management. • Good understanding of rotating equipment mentoring techniques and in-service application.
