or grill.

on a broiler rack.

Turn poultry 90°
during cooking for
crosshatch grill marks.

Brush the poultry
with oil or marinade
to help keep it moist.

Turn the poultry using
tongs. For poultry
with skin, use a
spatula
and tongs to keep
skin intact.

Poultry is done at an
internal temperature of
165°F (74°C) or higher
for 15 seconds.
