Please carefully review and comply with the following guidelines:
1. Clear and legible copies of two forms of identification are required to proceed, when applicable please provide front and back copy.
2. At least one of the forms of identification provided must contain the photograph of the candidate.
3. At least one of the forms of identification provided must contain the signature of the candidate.
4. Forms of identification must be valid, any expired form of identification will be rejected for the purpose of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
